Refresh

Typically content-focused, we look at the videos, photos, and copy on your site to ensure it resonates with your target audience. We also consider usability best practices, including readability, font size & colors, and optimize your pages for search engines like Google and Bing. We might suggest a few tweaks to navigation labels (taxonomy), or the addition or subtraction of a page or two, but structural changes are limited.

We recommend a refresh at least once  per year

Redesign

A redesign not only allows for a visual makeover, it provides an opportunity to look at how pages are structured and accessed on your website (information architecture). It's best to approach a redesign with specific user needs and content strategy in mind; the updated site should meet both the needs of your customers and your business. Bonus, a redesign can leverage existing videos and photos. 

We recommend a redesign every 3 to 5 years
